Clayton was up from Wellington. We took the ferry to Waiheke.
Popped into a shop for a hat for Ryan. Ambled over to Onreoa beach.
Did a bit of rock scrambling and found ourselves a picturesque ‘private beach’.

Took a swim and hung about in the sun. The tide came in and we took the rather steep ‘emergency exit path’ back up to the road.

Then time for lunch. Following that a walk to Mudbrick Vineyard.
The plan was cheese and wine. It never materialised. But my G&T was great.
